spike in traffic question.

Dear All,

This maybe a dumb question but still I want your opinion on this.

My site usually makes 2$ a day and last week I started to use adwords and now it went to 4$ and obviously the traffic has increased a lot. Is this ok?

I mean does google know that the increase in trafffic is due to my using adwords and so I dont have to tell them etc...because I have seen people concerned over increase in traffic and make sure to intimate google about where it came from. Since In this case it is adwords I dont have to worry so much....or?

if you went from 2 to 200 then ill be worried

yes but I am planning to go to some aggresive mode now and double it and see if my earning double and reach to 20$ a day. So my traffic probably will increase 10 fold. Should I write to them that it is coming from adwords?

 

I wouldnt bother my self if it looks natural. I would only email if a Digg or /. or some other huge site linked to an article which sent the stats a lot higher then normal.
