Spent £90 in Adwords with only 1 Sale

I'm selling some software for a friend who just went out of business & wants me to get rid off his stock as soon as possible. I tried listing these on eBay, but they where quick to be removed for no apparent reason with my account being suspended.

Then i made a quick website for the software, prices ranging from $99.99 -$899.99 I've made sure we beat all competition on the web due to the quantity we need to shift, because he needs cash in hand fairly fast.
I setup an AdWords Campaign and have invested £90 so far..this over the past month has got me 218vists and 1 sale of £70...to me this is not worth the risk of losing more money to keep up this AdWords campaign.

    Keywords
    Dreamweaver cs4
    Adobe After Effects cs4
    Photoshop cs4

What are your guys views, or ideas to shift the software quickly online?

How about trying to advertise on MSN and Yahoo? I've found that clickers from these two seem to convert better than Google.

Try Affiliate marketing rather than Google Adwords.

What is your CTR now.....if % is high - make sense to continue the advertisement or else you may want to revisit your adv.

did you use a squeeze page to collect your visitor's details before trying out adwords? every time I use adwords on a new website or webpage, I make sure that the site converts into optins so that I can follow up with an autoresponder series. this would be useful especially if your friend decides to knock down his prices some more.
