    Nice website, but it's clone, there is special Template system for Youtube clones. There are thousand's of such website, so to become popular with such website, you need to think about content, it should be special, something really special, maybe thematic (like Ski Videos, Dance Videos), in such case you can have your own group of fans.

    dear your domain is registered in 2010 an yet you have some videos older then your domain

    your site is just cashing the youtube content(why will i go to your website when i have wide varity at youtube)
    you are using jw player to show youtube videos which i think is against youtube TOS(m not sure Please check) this means when your site will be popular google will ban your site from accessing youtube videos
    i think you have wasted your money(no offence,its just my opinion )

    Agree with itchabibahn, how do you plan to compete with them? And to be honest, if I visited your site, and I saw an advertisemnt over the video, I would leave the site and never come bakc.
