Spent £1000s on this site, please review!!!

We have spent the hell lots of money and time on this...now our weakest side is SEO...

Its a nice website Xterious. Im not sure what your niche will be though as there are many big players that offer the same things and have been established for a long time. oH and if you have really spent £1000s on this site then you have either been ripped off or mislead in some way mate as you can buy a script exactly the same for less than £150.

Overall a nice site that im sure if you advertise it right and work on your SEO you will earn some sort of income from.

 

The sites design is lovely, but as people have already said it is a hard market to get into and requires a lot of SEO and advertisement.

 

£1000 sounds expensive for a clone of youtube. there are many competition and it will depends how you can get users and get them to use your site.

Awesome colors and graphics. Don't see much room for improvements. The hardest part now is getting enough upload and traffic.

 

Great simple style site. Reminds me of another site I've seen but I can't quite put my finger on it!

 

You have chosen a very competitive theme to get into and you may find it very hard to compete with youtube. You could consider narrowing down the niche and focus on just one area of video. Do some keyword research and find a sub niche that has lots of searches but not so competitive. You spent a lot of money on your site so I really hope you have some success with it.

HankerTube is created on the basis of SIMPLICITY that youtube used to be once upon a time. As you all notice that recently youtube has changed the layout of their website with tones of features. To all of you who thinks its clone, its NOT exactly a clone. And about the unique idea you mentioned, its a unique idea if you think about it a little further.

Our website is clean, simple, yet professional, and ofcourse compare to youtube, its much more faster!!!

YouTube has tones of useless features but its slow!

Some of you like it, and its just BUT, that its you think is youtube clone. I didn't know you guys hate youtube that much
