Spending over the daily limit

    I just setup my account last week, and set my daily spending limit to $4/day, yesterday is spent $11.71. wtf?? Thats almost 3 times my limit what gives?

    It has been my experience (on more than one occasion) that YSM is helpful if you call them 1-866-yahoosm. good luck.

    It's normal that it could go over about 10-15%, but not really 3x the limit. Also, double check the stats date-range. It can sometimes be tricky and a little glitchy.

    I got an answer, they said it was because I had no Account daily spending limit set. Not really sure why you have to set up 2 different daily limits but they refunded the extra charge anyways so I'm happy with that.

    yes, you need to set daily spending limit at two places, account settings and campaign settings. YSM support is good :)
