Spending limit is 0 on a new premier account?

I am trying to pay for some new hosting and paypal is saying my spending/sending limit is basically 0. You must add a bank acc before you can send anything these days? wow

It will take a few days I believe. For a Credit Card, you need to wait for your credit card statement to get the Expander Use Program Code. For the bank account, they will need to deposit some money in your account to test.

Which country are you from anyways ?

For the time being, see if your web host accepts alternative payments or can wait a few days.

 

I am in the US. Is this a new procedure for sending money? Get a credit card through them and they will verify also, yeah, I saw that, haha, I guess they feel if they can get the chance to charge you high interest rates they will let you send $.

 

In the US, you need a Bank Account to verify your account and a Credit Card to lift the spending limit.

Well, you can only get a credit card through them if you have a good standing with them. If you are new, it would be hard to be in good standing.
