Speed test - Estonian co-lo hosting provider

    We are considering LinxTelecom in Estonia to host our international website.
    Before we proceed would like to know average downloading speed around the world.

    10 M file download is limited to 13-17 KB/s from the server. My max download speed is ~ 110 KB/s.

    tofm2 .. it's just a binary file, it can not execute itself, you can't even start it. It's safe to try to download it and tell the guy the speed...
