]hi,I am an Indian and can I know any good global affiliate program that doesnt require me to submit SSN number Or EIN number- I dont have a passport and am a student -and where do I get this international tax forms--the W8 forms(available on IRS website) require us to fill SSN or EIN number but i dont have any id other than college id card.I think usually W8 ben form is required if I am showing ads on educational sites--not having to buisiness with US.And how do they find out about our validity???I need some good program where registration as a publisher doesn involve much hassles-not passport submission and stuff I dont have much tax documents and adbrite doesnt require too-but it doesnt allow ads on login pages. Please help
