    What is the best way to find places to link to that I can use the terms "Dog Obedience Training" in my anchor text.

    I am trying to rank better in Google for the search term "Dog Obedience Training"

    Use yahoo to find out who is linking to your competitors and try to get links on those sites

    use that term in a search then hit "simular peges" to find more related sites and terms

    try searching for the keyword --> "Dog Obedience Training" <-- (with quotes) in all various search engines (not just google) and start requesting link exchanges with the results. This method seems to work well with my sites.

    See if you will find a dog category here: http://www.dofollowblogs.com/
    Then just comment without spamming and you can get some nice backlinks.
