Hello Fellow DPers! I have been wondering about this for sometime now and I'm hoping more experience members could shed some light for me and for everyone who wants to know this. I see alot of domains with PR being sold but when you look at its backlinks, it doesn't show much support for it being at its page rank. So what I really would like to know if is there a specific method of getting a pagerank 5 domain with a newly bought one? Oh and how soon? Did it take from a new fresh domain to a PR5?
With fresh domain its hard to achieve direct pr 0 to pr 5 but you can gain pr 3 or pr 4, for this you have to do hard work with getting genuine backlinks of pr 3+ and post continue quality content on site as well as you have to make backlinks for inner pages or posts also to varying anchor texts. (Backlinks include articles submission, Bookmarking, web 2.0 etc.)
Easy enough: just backlink like crazy. PR doesn't take anything like quality into account, just links, links, links. Get loads of dofollows from high-PR sites. PR is also pretty useless for anything except trying to convince noobs that your domain is worth a lot of money when it isn't - it's a tiny part of SERP but people like it because it's visible and measurable.
If you want to get high PR get only Do-follow website link without this you cannot get high ranking or high PR. Bookmarking give you no-follow links so it will not help you to get PR. it only helps you to get visitors for your website. Forum posting is a best choice to get Do-follow links.
Just be careful not to overdo it with the amount of new links to the new domain. Because you can get banned instead of pagerank.
built backlink from identi ca, u will get pr2 - pr4 in next page rank update, go searching this methode on internet
gradual link building can increase the pr of your website, but building many links at once might affect your website. So its better you do it gradually
PR is a combination of backlinks and traffic. You need to have a variety of quality backlinks and from these links you get traffic to your site. Social media marketing is one of the best methods to help you fast track your PR. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have further inquiries. All the best!
No, it isn't. PR *only* measures links. Your page's search ranking (SERP) is a different matter entirely but PR (the Google-operated Page Rank, with capitalisation) is purely a links thing.
