Specific coding question about a site

    I'm not a coder but can someone please tell me the difficulty involved in coding a site like this - www.mysiteserp.com?

    How long would it take to code? What would the approx cost be?

    well, it took about 2 weeks for the site in my sig, which does a lot more if that helps any.
