    Luke..i bought ure package some one week or so before..

    i am running into many issues...as i opened a ticket there..

    i cudnt FTP to the domain..also the cpanel is not opening at both mydomain.com/cpanel

    or ure default http://91.186.11.213:2082/login

    Can you clarify this issue?

    I have responded to your tickets. The reason for the issue is that your ISP is trying to block you accessing the server. I dont know why this is but it may have something to do with the country you are in. Some countries restrict internet access and we cant do anything to prevent this.

    yes Luke now both Cpanel and FTP work fine...yes my ISP may be the issue..but..if its the issue..

    then how come its working after i open a ticket??are you changing some settings??

    Sometimes I can change the firewall settings to block the ISP but sometimes not. If you are breaking laws in your country then I am not responsible so please be careful.

    Your ISP has a right to block you.

    LUke..i am serious..there is some issue with your Cpanel server..

    i aksed my friend in US who definitely is not blocked, and he says at his browser, the cpanel address shows cannot find server..

    HOW do you explain this??there IS SOME downtime at ure server..i want clarification..

    dont know what, after u say its solved, i can open, after few hours, again the cpanel doesnt open..

    and if its my ISP only..then why does my friend IN US cant open it?btw another german friend also cant open it..
