    Alright. You've been removed.

Yes, I make a sale about once every 3 - 5 weeks. It takes Thousands of generic hops. I mean, 70,000 - 150,000. It's been getting worse over the last couple of months. I use to make a few sales a month (all generic). A few years back the results were even better (many sales a day).

Simmo, is it possible to get a sceenshot or two of the results before you do anything to them?

I was working on a report, and was really hoping for better results.

    Thanks Simmo. :)

I was counting on writing a report of the findings (...actually started it), but not one of the two users recruited from DP felt the need to offer result screenshots or anything useful. One gave a number result in the this thread, and the other I've haven't heard from... apparently, nobody made a sale during this test.

Man, you must be sending total junk traffic or promoting the wrong products.

Any decent clickbank product converts at, at least 2%, meaning 1:50.

There's nothing wrong with clickbank, your promotion methods are messed up

    lol.

Untargeted traffic is a bitch. You're lucky if you get .01%... Still if it's absolutely free traffic and you have an abundance of it, maybe try CPA's so it's not a cost per sale but an action, you'd probably bank way better from people filling out a few fields in forms than relying on CB to match up offers to random traffic...

    * Have you profiled the traffic? Do you know where they are from, why they are visiting, any demographics about them... Even the slightest bit of traffic analysis and profiling would greatly help you at least narrow down on product selection or what type of CPA's to throw at them.

I've created a couple of free CB products and run my ID in them. There's very little or almost no promotion going on, but I use to get some decent sales from these scripts - using generic traffic. Over this last year or so the sales have been way down, so I set out to try and figure out what's happening... That's what this test was about.

...I had one last thing I needed to do, and that thing required an independent ID.

    I realized two important things:

    1. This test changed/proved nothing.
    2. Clickbank tests don't work at DP?

Yeah it is! Traffic has been profiled and found suitable for many CB products.
This has even been proven in the past. Thanks for the information.

Mostly engines. Yes, the lack of promotion would be considered messed up. I'm not doing any promotion for CB or very little. :)
