anyway buying website is very easy .. for example.

step1 :-
you will create an account at www.domainsite.com ( for the domain ) and give me account number
i will transfer (push) the domain from my account to your account

step 2:-
you will edit the Nameserver of the domain to your hosting

step 3:-
upload the content ( zipped file ) that i will send ( it have website content )
there will be install.text guide... ( very easy upload-edit config-run install.php )

However if you don't know then don't worry i can do everything but step 1 and 2 must be done by yourself for security.
