    This is one of the biggest errors you can do to your bid site. You are inflating the bidding structure and ruining the integrity of your site. Your basically giving people extra money to move up the listings without paying. What about the bidders who actually paid money to get where they are?

    Bidding 101: Never mess with the bidding structure.
