Special Google Listing for Hot Scripts?

Check out the way Google has the Hot Scripts site listed. I've never noticed this before, with the "login" and "advanced search" links etc. Is this new?

I'm not seeing it either, and haven't at all before.

 

Perhaps it's a feature reserved for sites you visit often. Mm? To help the regular visitor of certain sites out. Visit hot-scripts first and then try searching to bring it up in the search results. Just my theory, which I can't be arsed to test.

I tried it on sites I never visit or use, like Hotmail, and it comes up for me.
