As of now, we only accept PayPal. You can take the 10USD Special Plan for now and upgrade to the 21USD Basic Plan paying only the difference when you have the budget at anytime.
I forgot to mention that WHM is FREE with the Extreme Plan. With WHM, you can resell hosting accounts. And as an addon to the other plans, WHM is $3/mo. and dedicate IP is $2/mo.
