WTB Spanish Directory Submissions. Single domain, multiple anchors. No crap submissions (i.e. - Directories that have 20,000 pending links) With that said, directories that have over 1000 IMO are generally abandoned (recently never the less); and if they are not - then its hard to guarantee its quality because no one can actually sift through 5000 submissions and weed out the crap sites that hurt everyone.
