I am very confused about this and would appreciate any help from you guys

A few months ago, my site still ranks for a couple of major keywords, but now the entire site is completely gone from Google.

I checked on Google webmaster tool and found the problem

In the google webmaster tool, i checked a section under "statistics" called "What google bots sees" and surprisingly, under "In your site's content", i see many many spammy and porn related words such as se**, ga* ..... a lot of them

I went ahead to the database of the site and deleted all registered users in the forum (assuming they have websites in their profile), deleted all comments for my blog. However, today (it's been 2 weeks since i did some cleanup for my site) when i check it, all the spammy words are still showing under "what google bot sees?" So my question is "Do i actually missed something on the site or it just takes months for Google to see the efforts I have made?"

    Thanks in advance!

It generally takes a while for webmaster tools to show changes in the "what googlebot sees" category. You might want to submit, or resubmit a sitemap to try to get it processed quicker.

Did you checked your main page file? like index.php?

Sometimes hackers adding some JS or PHP code in the bottom of index.php, those code return these type of words.

    Check it right now :)

Sounds like you have been hacked, there's probably code inserted in to your blogs code. Load your blog, Right Click >> View Source.

You should see all the hidden links.
