Spamming community online BBS

I need some information on creating user accounts on community online bulletin board systems to post multiple adsense blurbs. The sites have terms of service agreements and acceptable usage policies. If I click an agreement screen, can I still post my messages with adsense if the TOS and UAP forbid it? What if the policy I click says I agree the site owner can take me to court in his home state?

It might not be illegal but hopefully you won't get far. People trying to join my forum can't post until I've approved their application to join and spammers get deleted straightaway. I would say it's a waste of time as the spam links never reach the website. I can't believe you're asking for help with posting spam. It can make people's lives a misery and in some cases it can be very damaging. Why not build yourself a decent site and earn the traffic instead of wasting your time with spam?

What are you trying to accomplish by spamming forums? Never ever even try that.

AdSense will ban you as soon as they see you're spamming. And trust me, it will happen before they send you any money. :)

That was a very direct question, so I couldn't just stop wondering... are you looking for a free ticket to go abroad or something :p ???

J/k... It doesn't matter if you click on the "I agree" button... though you may or may not be caught, it's illegal... you may still get away with it, but more than being illegal, it's not an ethical practice... besides, there are many ways in which people can report you to google and it won't take much time for them to block your adsense account and wash out your account... how does it sound seeing 1000s of dollars in your account one day and seeing $0 the next? Still feel like spamming :)???

Trisha's right... there are other better ways of getting decent money from adsense and the likes... and if you have a site that is worth all the effort, then that money comes with respect and it will keep growing...
