There is a blog manojsiswa dot blogspot dot com which is copying our content word for word including our adsense code. How do we shut them down?

If they are using your adsense code, it should be good for you actually. But the problem you might be facing is invalid clicks.

So only keep authenticated websites option to be on in adsense, and you cannot do anything about the content unless if you hold a legal copyright yourself.

Talk to DMCA, they will get the site hosting service take action against this issue. Thats all you can think of doing.

The first step is to send them an official email and state that you intend to seek legal action of they continue you to steal your site information. This sometimes works and saves you from any other headaches.

If that does not work, the best way is to track who they are hosting with and contact them. Most quality host will shut them down for stealing content. Of course, if they have a host in one of the countries that do nothing, you may try contacting the registrar of the domain and let them know, Some will take actions, other won't.
