Spam sources of link building

    I have question that now what are spam sources of link building.

    I listen to my friend that Forums linking, commenting linking, links directories and social book marking are now spam ways in link building according to SEO rules.

    If some one have idea please inform me ....!!!!

    what are best sources of link building without article submission ?
