Sure you can, the best tool on my opinion is GSA Searchengine Ranker, but be careful. I think spaming links is nothing good if you dont set it up the right way.

Well it's much better if you focus on building links on relevant sites, since building links on unrelated sites could not only be useless but it could even harm your site.
