You probably had a word or a css layout or something else that you had in common with a spam site so they thought you too were a spammer. I have had several sites disappear for no apparent reason. One was a realtor site with totally unique content so I don't have a clue why it disappeared at all and of course Google can't be held accountable for anything

You could try the attached sitemap, I created a quick one for your website. Check it and upload it into https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login then wait a couple days, results about your website will start to show in google sitemaps. Good luck.

I did that a few months ago with one of my sites that had 400 indexed, and then after submitting went to 40 indexed.

You don't need sitemaps, especially if you are already indexed.

I went from 15.000 to 1.000 pages  But all supplemental webpage results were taken out of the google index, imo a good job done by sitemaps.;)

There was an exception with this website (nw).Because in previous month it went from 2 pages to 200+ pages till yesterday.

Though most of websites are de-indexed by google but this was not the case with nichewatch.

I am more confused because it could be the sign of "ban".Because currently site command is showing ZERO result

Baclinks are still shoing for your site too,
    http://www.google.com/search?q=link:http://www.nichewatch.com/

Try emailing google. My colleague sent them an email last week about a client site that we suspected may have a penalty, we got an auto reply and then a personal reply at the weekend. How's that for service!?

    I'm glad to say there wasn't a penalty :)

Don't rely on the SITE command!! It is all screwed up! As long as your pages show up you should be fine! If not even your pages show up then it is time to worry

    Mong,

I'm a great fan of your tool and have the Nichewatch toolbar installed.

I'm just wondering if you have too many indexed pages like this:
    http://www.nichewatch.com/?nicheword=adult%20sex%20toys&cos=mos

I don't know whether or not you're banned, but it seems to me like you might have unwittingly created pages that could be viewed algorithmically as a link farm, or pages that link to too many banned sites.

Whatever happens in Google, I would add nofollow tags to those links.

    Good luck!
    Paz.
