Spam from U.S. Department of Justice?

Yesterday I got a spam comment on my blog, from the ip address 149.101.1.120. After a little research, I found that maybe the spam comes from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Is this real? Can this happen? How?

 

What did the message say? That's a little odd to receive forum spam from a government ip.

 

Hope I don't get banned for quoting spam...

The spam comment is:

Yea with the recession and the crisis they had to search for new incomes... lol

 

Probably some kind of hunt to catch file rippers lol

 

In all likelihood the spammers probably spoofed their IP address just incase anyone did try to trace it.
