Keeping a spam free inbox is impossible now a days. But all we can do is follows these few simple tips to keep it as much spam free as you can.

When filling out Web forms, check the site's privacy policy to ensure it will not be sold or passed on to other companies. There may be a checkbox to opt out of third party mailings.

Never use your real email. Use freebie website such as hotmail, yahoo ETC and redirect them to your personal domain. Use the freebie for subscribing to newsletters or posting on forums and other public locations. If the account becomes spammed remove the freebie account and set another one up

The US and Canada have the CAN-SPAM Act to help deal with spam violators. If you're having trouble with a spammer, report them to:
ISPs, domain registrars, site hosts (i.e., free email hosts).
    Blacklists - usually volunteer-run.
