I am wondering if this email coming to our inbox from time to time , and mostly are spams... Are they still considered as copyrighted, because I am planning to post all those spam emails I am getting daily in my blog....

I'm tempted to say if they're written by someone else then yes, that person still owns the copyright. BUT since they've sent them to you, it could be argued that they become your property in the same way as a letter etc. It's unlikely you'll be challenged if you want to share the contents of your email inbox.

I just hate those spam emails, so I am planning to post them all in my blog and tell the world that those are spam emails from someone else.... Most of those emails are from people that I don't know and not part of they optin list...

Well - from the legal side - everything what someone write and publish is copyrighted. But I cannot imagine that a spammer claims a copyright on his own spam :)
