Hi guys, We provide free file hosting service. Last week, we got a DMCA takedown notice from DtectNet AntiPiracy. We removed the infringement contents and let them know their copyrighted contents are removed. Several days ago, we got another email from them requesting the same contents to be removed from our system. We told them the contents are removed days ago. We ask them check for the status of the file on our server before sending us the notice. This waste a lot of our time, as we check our abuse email very carefully. Yesterday, we got 2 other emails from them. Requesting some files already removed from the system many days ago! Can they spam our mailbox like that? Can we force them to check the status of the file before sending the takedown notice?
