Spam blocker plugin for vb

i need to know which is the plugin to restrict new users before they can post links in the posts and use signatures.

Or, what you do is have all the new users start in a usergroup that doesn't allow such. and have it switch to the normal usergroup that allows such.

 

i tried playing with usergroups but it has option only to turn of sigs and nothing for links in posts.

 

The no spam! plugin works wonders.

 

For sigs you have to turn off the bb code I believe.
