    Not sure whether to develop or sell this domain, so I will take offers on this. It is a strong, one word keyword with loads of possibilities, so please make decent offers.

    Regged at GoDaddy with about 10 months left. It is a little over 1 year old and it does have backlinks but no PR. Most backlinks are junk to be honest, so I don't even count them.
