I have spacial business offer of websites advertising , need a list of webmasters emails to make then an offer (free or by charge)
Any one can help me to find free or paid list of owner site emails?

Basically, I think he/she is asking how they can get hold of a list of webmaster's emails so he can spam the crap out of 'em.
