Spacecloaker.com Proxy for Sale - Has Traffic - Going CHEAP!!

I've decided to sell spacecloaker.com. It's a php proxy using the popular zelune script. The site has been down for roughly a month or so, due to the fact that I was in the process of switching web hosts. Therefore, I'd be unable provide any traffic stats or any revenue stats. However, before going down it was earning about $5 a month. It's actually still getting traffic now that it's back up, and it's still ranked on alexa.

7 months worth of revenue? And it doesn't even make that much anymore?

I kindof want it... but that's really expensive in my opinion

 

Expensive? Sites generally go anywhere from 8-12 months of revenue. So seeing that I don't have the stats to back up the $5/mo revenue it was making, why would 7 months worth of revenue seem expensive? We're talking about $35 bucks, here not $350. The mere fact that it has a custom logo, it's already been submitted to proxy topsites, has traffic, and a good domain, I feel that my $35 asking price is beyond reasonable.

Feel free to throw an offer below $35, but I most likely wont accept it.
