    About the site: The site is runs off a forum that's dedicated to fans of the hit The-N TV show "South of Nowhere".

    Reason for selling? I'm working on a few websites already and i'm not going to have the time to run this site. If someone puts a little work into the site, it can be a huge hit.

    What all does the site include? The domain. Also It has a IPB 1.3.1, the database will go with the site.

    The domain is registered with domainsite.com, the expiration date on the domain is Nov 23 2006. Free push to the new owner.

    He's probably right that it will generate quite a bit of traffic in the future, I made this site for a girl (I'm a sucker for a pretty face lol) http://www.son-b.3lo.net/forum/ and since it's conception (about 2 months ago) it's gotten over 300 members. I don't watch the show myself :p
    How much for just the domain name? I might be interested in transferring it to that site.
