Here's my short review (don't take it personally, just trying to help)

For a real estate blog to succeed, you must show reputation. blogspots are intended for personal blogs etc.
Unless you are planning on using your blog for adsense only then its okay, otherwise getting your own domain and wordpress script would be a better plan.

ps. I'm not saying that your blogspot can't succeed but I'm just saying that you can improve your image by using wordpress and your own domain.

Blog looks really crowded, you added way too many modules to the blog in the sidebar. Try cleaning it up, again real estate theme sites are supposed to be presented as reputed.

Font in the header looks ugly and is a pain to read, colors don't match. In fact, the whole idea of using text in a beach photo doesn't work.

Text under the header should be placed in the footer or in a separate "about me/us" page.

You have two maps, one in the sidebar and another huge one in the footer; Removing one of them would be better.

Going from what "danger9918" has said.
    I would suggest :
    1) Get yourself a domain (for the same reasons as danger9918 has said
    2) Create a professional look about your site.
    3) Add pics/relevant text
    4) Create a logo

Best of luck with the site!
    Kind Regards
