Sources of traffic

I am looking to send more traffic to my adsense pages and it takes too much time and too much work to do it with SEO so I am looking for alternative sources of traffic.

I have used some 2nd tier PPC SE's with mixed results. I am looking for sources you have used and made money with it (if possible).

Any ideas?

The best and free source of lot of traffic are the search engines. So try to improve your search results rankings.

so if your website rank number one in google and google itself don't receive any traffic at all, so you'll not benefit from your high ranking.

why not trying with social networking sites like Myspace, digg ..

because these sites have a lot of traffic

again: "traffic comes from traffic"

 

if you think SE is too much work

I bet everything else will be even harder

remember that whatever you do to promote your site
you are doing something to rank up your SE rank
eventhough you think you are not
but you are

there is no alternative, if there is, still it requires lot of work and time

you can outsourced the SEO job, beleive me it makes the difference, works like an arbitrage, if you pay $600 for SEO jobs on 2 major sites and earned $1000-$2000 then you will take that any day do you?

I was hoping that someone had experience with PPC sources (other than adwords) and direct me to the good ones and steer me away from the bad ones.

I repeat, it's too much work do the SEO for high competitive keywords. It may take 200 hrs of hard work (articles, PR, social bookmarking etc) to get you on page 1 in Google and maybe only getting 2/3 $ per page per day.

Not worth it IMHO.

Long term benefits are better then short term gains.

 

You can do alot of things to get free targetted traffic, such as: social bookmarking site, social networkings sites, blog traffic, link traffic, list traffic, seo [just thought id add it], video traffic, viral traffic, etc

 

I don't mean to be rude, but if you want to make money you have to work. If you expect to get something for nothing you are living in a dream world.

I agree with you... SE is the best source of traffic. When you have a good SERP, you will get long term traffic flow.

 

If you can't do any SEO then I'd say yer a tad too lazy to do most of the other work. If you have the money to put into PPC advertising spend it on an SEO person. Long term you'll rank higher on search engines and you won't need to do the PPC ads after a while.

I have two pages that get a pretty good amount of traffic every day from google image searches, they rank in the top ten for many image searches. It took me a total of 40 minutes to make each page - not too shabby.

I would have to agree with the above statement. If you don't want to do the seo yourself, outsource it. ELANCE is a great site for that but there are many others. You can outsource just about any job...even forum posts.....hmmmmm makes you wonder if someone paid me to post this? lol no its really just me! good luck
