    I have recently developed a website http://www.sourcecrave.com . I Designed and coded a template the is no on sourcecrave.com I no longer have the time or resources to further the development of this website and i am selling it. This website runs off a Modified version AvTutorial Script. I have added a affiliate management bit to this script. The resources bit is all done through php file manually ( i can code this into the cms for 50$ ) . The buyer will recieve all files , template files , template psd and full rights to its design.

    The domain is registered at namecheap.com and it have 11 month left and it comes with whois protection!

    i just go to pixel2life.com and copy urls to tuts from there , butm once it gets goin and starts getting traffic people will add there own then u have to accept them
