Source for complete zip code database or csv?

    Where can I find a complete zip code database or csv file for US cities (which contains city, state, zip code ) that is recent? I have a csv from an open source project but I have found it missing quite a few cities.

    I don't mind spending a few dollars on it, but it is tough to learn which web site is legit. Again, it must be a complete list.
