    I have been hearing of great success with this program. I am in the process of moving to a host which allows php.

    Any ideas or tips on the best type of pages to set this service up on?

    Basically, juz set up the co-op on a site that has many,many pages. Then direct the weigh towards a site that you want to rank well...

    Im not sure what you mean by best type of pages. The ads need to be displayed on every page of the specified site.

    Sitewide if you specify www.example.com
    From that folder on if you specify something like www.example.com/forum/
