    Hi!

I have formatted my C drive few hours ago. Now I can see the sound card driver is missing .. I also don't have mother board's CD so that I can install it back..

Is there any driver which works with all types of sound cards?

    No.
Look on your mobo for a model number. Then Google for the onboard audio drivers. Should take you about 1 minute :)

I don't think there is any driver which works for all modems and all types of sound cards check the model and search in google it is very easy.
