    I am a full-time freelance Web designer from China ,
    I would like to promote my business in foreign countries,
    I mainly do web development,
    I would like to design websites for the foreigners.
    i spend a lot of time to promot my business,but i has not received some business,

    I agree with you Ziggy. I'm from the USA, but I think India has a lot of nice web designers who work for very good prices.

    @websitedsc - I think if you lower your prices a little bit, you will get many more customers. Then once you become popular and famous for making websites, you can ask for more money.
