    in the resolution center


    the customer is a DP member ,he didnt know that I have a waiting line to promote websites , so i think he has requested a refund on paypal and then PMed me here

    i replied and said that he had to wait for his turn ...etc


    anyway
    how can i solve this problem?
    Today was his turn and i did his promotion
    so what if the customer accepts that the transaction is ok
    how to solve the prob before earlier ?
    and whats this ? "Respond by 13/02/2008"


    this is the first time a customer ... so i dont know what to do
    plz help

    What service were you committed to give him ? and have you said him before that he has to wait... and does he email you before filing a dispute...?

    just let him know that u have done the service, n he can tale the dispute back, n the hold will be removed automatically,. once he does that ...

    u can re[ply in the RC that u have done the needful and request him to take the dispute back....
