Sorting Lists = Dublicated Conent?! = SPAM ?!

I got some lists like a directory lists:
http://www.softgroups.com/directories/


Creating more pages with the same items, will mean content spam?! For example in this case i want to sort directories by : Alexa Rank , PageRank , PR... If they are free or not, name sorting,etc...

 

I exclude sorting via robots.txt with ?sort=

Yep, USE robots.txt wisely so you avoid bots from indexing unwanted pages such as yours but not limited to these.
