Short vs Long Title for certain keywords.

Everyone knows that the title should not exceed ~65 chars in order to display properly, but which one is better, based on your experience?

For an example If one would like to rank high on keyword "online business", and he has 2 websites which are imaginary exactly have the same PR, backlink quality, speed, layout, internal structures, page size, keywords, etc...

    Short Title: Online Business
Long Title: Online Business - online business site about doing business online

Which one do you think will rank higher for keyword "online business", and why? And so on the relevance keyword "business online"?

    What's your comment?

I prefer the longer titles. One very important tip: since the title will be the first thing the user will see while searching in Google... make it looks appealing! You will get a lot more traffic that way. Especially if you're not ranking in the top 3.

your title should be for what your visitors are mainly searching and your description should be a question and an answer like an attention getter.

    Example:
Say you have a site that sells baseball cards
(Name of website here)Buy and Sell Baseball Cards
Do you want to make money off your old baseball cards? Well you've come to the right place!

Well for Google... they don't care about the title at all, while you have links pointing to your site using "online business" as the anchor text... but for sure this keywords should be on your site content since the stopped the Bomb issues you know !
For Yahoo they care to much about the density of the Title as well as MSN/Live... But i personally prefer to go with the long titles.
