sorry new and totally lost..

    I want to ask for advice but dont know where to post my question as the screen is obsqured by flashing adds.. and i have epilepsy..Its not easy to find where to post and i feel sick with these distractions...

    I very badly need advice about my facebook account please advise me where should I post my concerns thanks
