logo top left could use a little bit of sharpening, and not so keen on the font used in it either, the rest looks very nice and professional.

 

The logo's compression blows, but the rest is pretty good. Some suggestions - I'd make your menu connect up with your top banner and bottom copyright notice. Make the middle part of the site one block and add a darker background around it. It should make the content stand out more.
