SORBS Blacklist

Today I was performing some whois on my site and I noticed it was listed in the SORBS Blacklist for spam.

Now spam is annoying, but getting blacklisted for that when you are not spamming at all is even more annoying.

In order to clear out the status should I approach SORBS or my host directly since it is a shared host?

    Thanks for the help.

I woud say contact your host, if it is shared maybe someone else has done something wrong.
Do you have any "contact us" forms on your website ? If you do and you send a CC to original sender, this could be used by spammers to send mails from your host.
Also check that your host is not a open relay, several sites out there that can check this for you. Just do google search on "open relay check"
