    Apparently he hides in webmasterforum under a different name but it seems like over there he's getting accused too. Gotta be real careful with this guy.

    Yes he's here on DP, he was a well-spoken guy and seemed very pro-like.

    He said he sent me a refund check via USPS Priority Mail Friday night and that he's getting the tracking # soon, I haven't received anything yet so far. It's been 3 days.

    He said that I'll have to do certain things after I cleared the check:
    I'm like, that sounds fair, although I have doubts that the check will follow through.

    USPS Priority Mail should not take more than 2 days so I will go on with the charge-back if I don't receive the check by Wednesday.

    Thanks everyone for the help. I really appreciate the advises.

    He gave me a tracking # but there's no tracking info when I entered it on USPS's website, the check was mailed Friday night though.. 2305 1590 0001 5210 4862
