    Hi Guys

    PR1 Web Directory sopdir.com is now for sale.

    I have owned this directory for a few years now but it has to go. The domain is at domainsite and expires 10th June thats a few days time so I will set the sale price of this site low as the new owner will need to renew the domain.

    The site has made modest earnings through Ad Sense £24.30 Since May 07
    It has made £9.91 this year so far.

    Featured Listing sales are here and there. I dont have a detailed listing of these so if you prefer assume no sales.

    I will start the sale price at the super low price of just $20.00 this is to reflect that the domain will need to be renewed.

    The winner will need to transfer the site to his or her hosting within two weeks of purcase.
