    i think one thing that everyone seems to forget it communication and approve / denial time. Even if the submission if free or not free Id say if you can try to approve it ASAP. that will make people happy and spread the word. For example I really hate submitting to a site and getting a response back two months later that I have been accepted or rejected. Thats just my opinon.
