    Please Appraise Soon.info. Where this domain is sold couple of times on Sedo for $500 in 2010. Want to know current appraisal to sell.

    The fact it has been sold a few times and not developed should tell you something. It is a vague name. Yes, it's one word, but it's a .info so no type-ins (the only ones you will be getting are people checking the domain because they saw it on here, Sedo or wherever else). ComingSoon.com would be a much better domain. Whoever got $500 did very well. People probably get excited that it's a single word, but then realise their mistake when they come to develop it.

    It may be a good idea to keep it for a few years. The value could be increased over years. Many .info domains have been sold at Flippa with a great price!

    Like real estates, if you want to get big bucks, you need to wait. Also, values of rare domains will increase over years.
